Job Responsibilities

• Acquire a freight quotation (cross border & sea) from outside company.

• Work closely with the government offices.

• Act as a window between sales/marketing and the accounting department.

• Able to process document such as ROA Assay lab test, LBVD, import and export license.

• Possess knowledge in import and export the cross-border shipment/sea freight cargo from Thailand to Myanmar.

• Handle the list of essential documents such as B/L, Truckway bill, packing list, commercial

invoice, free sale, COO certificate to import pet food products and raw materials from

Thailand to Myanmar.

• Prepare the import/ export timeline spreadsheet to keep track of the shipment.

• Notify the management team in Thailand and Myanmar via email regarding the import/export

procedure.

• Report to the upper management regarding the import/export timeline and process.

• Coordinate with the accounting department to contact the commercial banks to exchange currency in order to declare the specific amount of the shipment. (if any)

• Knowledge of shipping and cross-border shipment is a plus.

• Adaptability and high responsibility are a must for this position.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in international business and logistics in 1 year above.

• Knowledge of import and export process documents.

• Experience in dealing with the government offices.

• Smooth the government process and establish a good relationship between the company and the government office.

• Willing to work outside of the office.

• Adaptability, active, result orientated, team working, optimistic, hardworking and love pets.

• Able to communicate in English Language.
