Job Description

• Consult to clients how our system can benefit their organization.

• Collect project requirement from Clients for both standard and customized functions.

• Define project requirements by creating a detailed business analysis, project timeline and resources.

• Assign tasks to development team for project tasks.

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions

• Conduct Testing processes and writing test cases.

• Deliver finished projects to clients, conduct training sessions, assist in UAT period and prepare for

system launch.

• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

• Working closely with clients, developers, technicians, and managerial staff.
