Job Description

· Oversee and participate project implementation, coding development, and testing (unit, integration, performance).

· Report to the Project Manager, Stakeholders (Japanese) and management as needed (leadership potential is considered).

· Provide problem-solving and technical support.

· Analyze systems, review team tasks, and conduct code reviews.

· Prepare and review documentation (UML, basic/detail design, test cases).

· Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Train interns or new employees if necessary

· Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary

Job Requirements

· 4-5 years of experience in Software development (Java,PHP).

· Must have experience in documentation writing in Japanese.

· Must have experience in Japanese company

· Strong SQL query skills (Oracle/MySQL).

· Knowledge of Linux commands/SHELL scripting (optional).

· AWS EC2 experience is a plus.

· Must have Japanese language N3 (strongly communication directly with Japan)

· Preferred: Experience working in Japan.

· Leadership potential if fluent in Japanese communication.

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

· Strong leadership and management skills.
