Job Description
- Report to Project Manager and information to management if necessary(If solid leadership skills, we
will consider as leader)
- Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior
management
- Problem Solving
- Technical Support
- Analyze System
- Review Member's Task
- Coding Review
- Documentation with UML
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Preparation of Documentation like Basic/Detail design and Test Case
- Check for member's documentation
- Implementation Project (Coding development)
- Testing Phase (Unit Testing, Integration Test, Performance Test)
- Train interns or new employees if necessary
- Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary
Job Requirements
- Must have working experience in JAVA language at least 4 or 5 years
- Must have experience in Documentation writing with Japanese language
- Must have experience in Japanese company
- Must have Japanese language N3 (strongly communication directly with Japan)
- Preferable if you have experienced in Japan
- Considerable for a Leadership Role(If fluent ,communication with Japanese)
- Strong in database SQL queries in Oracle/MySQL
- Implementation Project (Coding development)
- SHELL script (Understand Linux command) is optional
- Experience in the usage of EC2 of AWS is optional
- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
- Leadership and good management skills
