Job Description

·       Understand the specification and do ED,ID,M of INFRA(HW/MW/NW) system and self-review

·       Understand the specification and review the ED,ID,M

·       Understand the specification and review the HW/MW/NW/INFRA

·       Create test view point and decide test scope

·       Create self-review, internal-review view point and checklists, and explain to all team members

·       Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report

·       Do project quality management based on quality target level and take action for improvement

·       Review the errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team

·       Do manpower estimation and create schedule

·       Do team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs

·       Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively

·       Manage QD for all resources about one project (members: 10～15)

·       Understand and catch-up all resources' skill-set in team and make each person skill level up

·       Understand the project scope and manage specification changes

·       Understand the vendor' products and consider or estimate suitable products for project.
