Job Responsibilities
- Report to Sub Leader and Team Leader
- Provide Training Materials
- Perform the instructed task on its own and provide assistance for related tasks.
- Support and grow lower level members
- Task management and self-management
- Testing Phase (Unit Testing, Integration Test, Performance Test)
- Train to intern or new employees if necessary
- Participate company’s activities or advertising process if necessary
Job Requirements
- 3 years or more of working experience in the Software Development Industry.
- Must have working experience in Ruby, Cake, Laravel and ReactJS
- Good communication skills (English and Japanese)
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
- Able to work on any project assigned by the office
- Able to manage self-task and can draw a schedule for a given task yourself
- Able to support and grow lower level members
- Able to perform faithfully the instructed task on its own and provide assistance for related tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
