Job Description
· Assist to project manager in all aspects of project such as overall planning and execution, budgeting, and resource allocation.
· Engage with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
· Facilitate meetings, track progress, and report updates.
· Assist in procurement, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
· Ensure procurement aligns with quality, cost, and regulatory standards.
· Monitor expenditures, cash flow, and financial reporting.
· Ensure vendor and subcontractor compliance with project requirements.
· Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
· Monitor QA/QC processes to meet project specifications.
· Ensure adherence to safety regulations, codes, and permits.
· Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
· Address site issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.
· Track project milestones, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
· Ensure timely completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
· Master’s degree or additional certifications in construction is preferred.
· PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
· 7+ years in construction or in mixed-use developments with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· Experience in construction of infrastructure, office building development, high-rise condominium, housing development projects and hospitals.
· Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and regulatory standards.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
· Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
· Understanding of contracts, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
· Problem-solving and risk management abilities.
· Attention to detail in all aspects of project execution and documentation.
