Job Description

Pre-construction Stage

·       Budget Cost planning

·       Cost estimate stage by stage including sourcing quotation for unit price

·       Pre Tender Estimate

·       Tender/(Quotation) Management – preparation of tender document, calling tender, evaluation and recommendation

·       Contract Management – Formal Contract preparation for Contractors/Specialist/Suppliers

·        

Construction Stage

·       Establish SOP with Contractors/Specialist/Suppliers for Claim and Payment matters

·       Contract administration

·       Cashflow projection and financial forecasts for the projects

·       Assessing and recommending payments including variations orders

·       Co-ordination with Design team, Project, Procurement and Logistic team for procurement of materials from Local and Oversea

 

Post Construction Stage

·       Assessing and recommending on Variation Orders

·       Post contract administration including Warranty, Guarantee, Bonds

·       Final account closing
