Job Description

Job Responsibility ;

·       To manage and checking, handling for overall admin department process

·       To manage and checking purchasing section for purchasing process

·       To manage and checking fixed assets section for fixed assets process

·       To manage and checking vehicle section for vehicle control process

·       To manage and checking for office facilities management process

·       To manage and checking for material supplies process

·       To check and prepare of month end report for BOD

·       To make emergency and urgent tasks from BODs

·       To manage , delegate and overview checking subordinate daily and monthly task

·       To make and create office discipline , policy and procedure, rules & regulation process

 

Job Description

·       Monitoring of day to day operation of the administration department

·       Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained

·       Supervise and approved of admin payment for office and branch shop

·       Checking and supervise of stock control for stationary , packing materials and fixed assets

·       To create and announcement of new policy , disciplines as per office requirement

·       Making of duties assigned by MD and Director

·       Checking for housekeeping working area as per their tasks , admin department job

Job Requirements

·       MBA/Bachelor degree in business administration , management or related field

·       Experiences in related such as management or financial reporting preferred

·       Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skill

·       Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skill

·       Proficiency with computers , especially MS office

·       Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines

·       Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement

·       Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities
