Job Description
1. Analyst and consolidate departmental audits into one report for presentation
2. Create audit finding presentations to be shown to the Audit Committee
3. Meet with Audit Team to identify audit plan, schedule and target
4. Investigate and determine causes and irregularities
5. Planning and performing financial and operational audits
6. Identifying business process risks
7. Carry out complex analysis and resolving complicated issues that require high precision
8. Design creative ways to train subordinates, and monitor output results
9. Decide how best to respond to audience, while increasing quality
10. Report to the Supervisory Committee and to organization's management, audit results, and observations
Job Requirements
1. Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (or) A professional diploma in accounting such as CPA, ACCA.
2. International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) knowledge is preferred.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit management position
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
5. Must be thoroughly familiar with internal auditing and accounting principles, risk and control principles
6. Commitment to professional and auditing standards
7. Excellent in both written and oral skills in English
8. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft word, excel, spreadsheet and audit-related software
9. Must have to travel for field visit and verification
