Job Description

·       Understand the specification and do Review the ED/ID/MUT

·       Understand the ED/ID/MUT and do Review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)

·       Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and do report to leaders and PM effectively

·       Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs

·       Understand the project scope and manage specification changes

·       Do manpower estimation and create schedule

·       Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management

·       Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively
