Job Description

 Report to the customer and leader about project progress and quality

 Do team progress control, Manage time effectively based on schedule and take action if delay occurs

 Do quality control based on target plan and take action if quality problem occurs

 Understand the customers demand and explain/negotiate with team/customers

 Understand external design document, prepare internal design document and execute coding

 Understand the specification and make ED/ID/MUT and Review others’ ED/ID/MUT

 Review IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)

 Write and review others’ bugs/errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team

 Create self-review, internal-review view point and checklists and explain to all team members
