Job Description

·       Lead end-to-end software development projects, from understanding requirements to deployment

·       Collaborate with Project Manager for continuous improvement and project alignment

·       Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers

·       Ensure high software quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient applications

·       Work closely with cross-functional team members for successful project delivery

·       Identify project risks and proactively resolve technical issues

·       Oversee code and documentation reviews for quality assurance

·       Prepare and maintain clear, comprehensive development documentation
