Job Description
Key Role ;
· Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches to both internal and external customer
· Follow to daily schedule assignment from superior
· Manage and perform hand on job , repairs, maintenance and testing and commissioning
· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
· Produce timely and detailed service reports
· Documents process
· Build positive relationship with customers
· Plan and arrange daily service appointment with customer
· Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Responsibilities
· Review blueprint, installing air conditioning system, testing system for proper functioning, performing emergency repair, maintain tools, order supplies
· Make routine adjustment to maximize operation efficiency
· Record data when inspecting system such as temperature requirement, fuel consumption and hour operation
· Recover and properly dispose of refrigerants when servicing aircon equipment
· Ensure long term relationship with customer relationship
Job Requirements
· Any graduated
· Three year experiences related to aircon field
· Computer savvy (ie.basic windown, internet, words, excel and outlook)
· English 4 skills (Basic Level)
· Driving License (Black/Red)
