Job Description

·       Take off quantities for civil and structure works.

·       Provide cost estimates for Civil and Structure

·       Prepare quotation document with pricing schedule and manage the quotation process.

·       Evaluate and compare bids from contractors and suppliers.

·       Negotiate and finalize contracts with selected contractors and suppliers.

·       Assess and manage variations and changes to the contract process.

·       Ensure all variations are documented and approval.

·       Valuation and payments to contractors and suppliers for civil and structure work.

·       Source and procure materials and equipment for civil and structure works.

·       Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.

·       Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

·       Coordinate with project manager, operation manager, engineers, logistics, and other stakeholders.

·       Maintain detailed records of all costs and transactions.

·       Ensure that civil and structure works are integrated with other trades/activities.

·       Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

·       Communicate regularly with stakeholders.

·       Address any concerns or queries from stakeholders.

·       Perform any other duties as assigned
