• Management and monitoring all the warehouse operations and distribution process

• Management and monitoring to the daily way plan

• Cooperate and coordinate with other related team for better distribution outcome

• Monitoring and record the vehicles maintenance cost and data

• Report to relevant management fuel changes, cost of transportation with outsource services and vehicles maintenance cost

• Supervise and evaluate warehouse and distribution staff, workers
