Job Responsibilities

- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

- typing, preparing and collating reports

- Develop and maintain a filing system

- organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

- managing databases

- prioritising workloads

- implementing new procedures and administrative systems

- coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Job Requirements

- Any graduated

- Age between 25 to 35

- Having secretary experience minimum (2) years

- Fluently in English 4 skills (written & spoken)

- Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills

- Good pleasant personality

- MS Office,Excel, Power point, Internet and email
