Job Description

·       Prepare proposal drawing (PPD) with Auto Cad base on sales information, PCV and customer’s requirements

·       Updates PPD and project information form (PIF)

·       After get LOI form from sales engineer, enter job by verifying and sending PPD and PIF to HO

·       Make sure put enough effort to get job estimate and APD on time

·       Check APD and send APD to sales in charge after getting it form HO

·       After getting return approval drawing (RAP) from sales engineer, send it to HO for another working process

·       Use Lumion software to manage and track activities , client interactions and technical support tasks

·       Attend and communicate with customer to understand their technicial requirements, solution for any technical questions or concerns
