Job Description

ü  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed sales targets for animal feed products (Royal Canin or new products aligned with new specifications) in assigned regional areas.

ü  Conduct market research to find new business opportunities, understand competitors, and analyze market trends.

ü  Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers, feed mills, distributors, and other stakeholders.

ü  Train, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and conduct reviews. Motivate and coach the team to maximize potential and drive success. Foster a positive team environment.

ü  Understand animal feed portfolio, communicate value propositions to customers and sales.

ü  Explore business opportunities, track sales data, and identify market trends.

ü  Collaborate with teams, provide feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience.

ü  Any Sales and Marketing related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
