Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
v Conduct precise analysis of market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs. Plan short, medium, and long-term sales strategies and annual plans, ensuring they are highly aligned with the company's overall strategy, and efficiently supervise the implementation.
Team Empowerment:
v Be fully responsible for the establishment, training, assessment, and motivation of the sales team.
v Improve the team's professional competence and sales effectiveness, and foster a collaborative and enterprising team culture.
Customer Cultivation:
v Actively explore new customer resources, strengthen and deepen cooperation with existing customers
v Precisely understand customer needs and provide customized product and service solutions to create industry-leading customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion:
v Keenly identify potential market opportunities at home and abroad.
v Develop targeted market expansion strategies, and comprehensively enhance the company's brand awareness and market share through participation in industry exhibitions, business negotiations, and other activities.
Data-driven Decision-making:
v Regularly collect and conduct in-depth analysis of sales data.
v Scientifically evaluate sales performance, provide solid data support for sales decisions, and flexibly adjust sales strategies to respond quickly to market changes
Cross-functional Collaboration:
v Collaborate closely with production, quality control, logistics, finance, and other departments.
v Ensure stable product supply, efficient logistics operations, and compliance with financial processes, forming a strong synergy for the company's business development.
Risk Management:
v Monitor market risks in real-time.
v Develop contingency plans in advance to effectively withstand the impact of market fluctuations, policy adjustments, and other factors on sales operations.
Job Requirements
v A bachelor's degree or above is required. Candidates with majors in marketing, international trade, business administration, or related fields will be given priority.
v At least 5 years of sales experience, including more than 3 years of sales management experience in the agricultural products or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
v Candidates with experience working in foreign-invested enterprises are preferred.
v Core Competencies: Possess excellent market analysis, sales planning, and execution capabilities, and be proficient in using office software.
v Have outstanding communication, coordination, team management, and leadership skills, and be able to handle complex issues properly.
v Be fluent in both oral and written English, and be able to conduct English business communication and negotiations proficiently.
v Other Requirements: Have a deep understanding of the Myanmar market and its channel structure, and be familiar with international trade rules and processes.
v Demonstrate strong responsibility, excellent stress resistance, and be able to adapt to business trips and high-intensity work rhythms.
