Job Responsibilities
- Promote company products and services
- Develop plans and strategies
- Manage sales teams
- Organize and maintain sales operations
- Motivate the sales team to achieve workplace goals
- Develop sales training programs
- Create and Inform daily sales records and reports to upper management person
- Communicate and foster relationships with clients and IT development
- Find new customer information and make cold calling.
- Explain about the system and dealing with customers smoothly and sweetly.
- Follow up to potential customers to meet sales targets.
- Use digital marketing to advertise about the system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma or equivalent in IT or Business Administration.
- Must have a minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in IT products Sales & Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & power point.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Japanese Communication is preferable.
- At least 1 year Leader experience is preferable.
- Mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Possess strong interpersonal and excellent public relation skills.
- Able to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet sales targets.
