· Product sampling & inspection of cleaning, preparation of processing room

· Environmental (conduct swab and airborne bacteria tests) & Sanitation Monitoring

· In process Quality & Site Monitoring

· Equipment Calibration & Maintenance Control

· Chemical & Physical Control

· Audit Participation (Support internal and external audits (FSSC, HACCP, internal audit)

· Team coordination and reporting

· Bachelor degree in food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or a related filed

· Experiences in food safety ,QC/QA or production preferred

· Knowledge of HACCP ,GMP ,ISO and FSSC standards

· Strong attention to details, organizational skills and team work abilities

· Ability to speak and understand English

· Basic computer skills required word, excel , power point (office course preferred)

· Good communication , attention to detail and team work skills.
