Job Responsibilities

1. To increase our brand awareness, sale, market share of and profitability of the company.

2. Must contribute in sale and marketing activities and process, also need to be a team player during the assigned team or group.

3. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on management meeting.

4. Identify new markets, prospect and business opportunities.

5. Plan and perform daily sales visits and sales activities.

6. Visiting dealer and project, introducing product, taking phone call, monitoring the stock condition, forecasting the stock, providing quotation, sampling, mock up, dealing, negotiating the terms of an agreement and close the sales (All the sale process).

7. Preparing and submitting all sale relevant letters/agreement/documents/certificates as per the

requirement of sales executive in consultation with the client.

8. Maintaining and regularly updating customer database (profile, project database, etc.) of each customer and client.

9. Expand the business by building new customer relationship and improving existing customer

relationship by visiting and entertaining regularly to build strong business relationship.

10. Monitors competitors’ activities, strategies, organization chart as well as prices. Come up with the plan against the movement of the competitors and discuss with head of Sales & Marketing Manager.

11. Follow up closely and update on the retail shop and project status, competitors’ activities and market information from time to time.

12. Make daily report, weekly report, and monthly report and review your own performance.

13. Co-ordinate with other departments and corporate to ensure customer satisfaction.

14. Manage and co-collaborate with collection team to collect overdue accounts on time to the minimum our credit.

15. Coordinate with Technical service to carry out regular site inspection, solving client complain to get customers satisfaction and trust.

16. Participate in company event, seminars exhibitions with other team members and departments.

17. Must follow all rule and regulation of the company.

18. Ownership, accountability and responsibility of your team’s assigned job and area.

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years’ experience in project sales management

2. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field, MBA or other advanced degree

3. Must be a Strong leadership with good problem-solving skill and good personality/ well appearance.

4. Able to use Microsoft office such as excel, word, PowerPoint, E-mail.

5. Strong oral and written communication skill in both English and Myanmar. We prefer if can communicate with Chinese language.

6. Attractive presentation Skills, Strong Client Relationships building, Persuading and Negotiation skill, Prospecting Skills, Sales Plan,

7. Ambitious, Creativity, Flexibility, Independence, Initiative, Ownership, Dynamic and Motivation for Sales also preferred.

8. Able to drive (Must have license) and to travel to nationwide Myanmar.

9. Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, network, best practices)

10. Client focus along with relationship building skills

11. Effective negotiation, influencing, communication skills and cost-conscientiousness skill.

12. Having the characteristic of ownership, accountability and responsibility.

13. Integrity and confidentiality
