• Managing ERP development team.

• Developing project plans, timeline, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed

• Developing schedules and methods for measuring results

• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project

• Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

• Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions

• Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project

services and products

• Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

• Working closely with clients, developers, technicians, and managerial staff.

• At least 3 or 4 years of experience in ERP software development field.

• At least 2+ years of experience in PM position at Digital Agency (Vendor Side).

• Capacity to manage high stress situations

• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience working with customers, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.

• Leadership skills

• Attention to detail

• Conflict resolution skills

• Good command of reading and writing of English is a must.
