Job Description

Developing and executing marketing strategies:

·       This includes creating marketing plans, overseeing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. 

Conducting market research and analysis:

·       Identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends, and understanding consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions. 

Managing marketing budgets and resources:

·       Optimizing spending across different channels and ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI. 

Leading and managing marketing teams:

·       Providing guidance, direction, and support to marketing staff, fostering collaboration and cohesion. To review the articles of content writer

Collaborating with other departments:

·       Working closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 

Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance:

·       Tracking key metrics, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness. 

Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders:

·       Interacting with internal teams, external agencies, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and manage performance.

·       Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree (and/or) equivalent diploma in marketing, business, or related field

·       Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

·       Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms

·       Willingness to travel

·       Established contacts in media
