Job Description
· Develop Maintenance Program and Procedures for all terminal asset
· Develop Work Package for each program
· Train the team for quality performance for the program
· Implement the Assets’ Preventive Maintenance program on time and according to the procedures indicated on the Asset Policy.
· Plan for weekly maintenance work based on annual maintenance plan, work backlog and corrective maintenance
· Schedule maintenance related work and monitor quality work execution and work closure for improving reliability
· Monitor and coordinate critical job/s that are being worked on for the day; supervise and provide advice and decisions.
· Prepare annual maintenance budget and monitor the implementation
· Lead the team in the investigation and deliberation of issues and in the identification and implementation of solutions
· Maintain and improve workshop facilities, tools, machineries and storages, ensuring safe, clean and comfortable working environment.
· Prepare spare parts policy, manage spare part availabilities and usage
· Comply with company requirements and systems relating to HSEC & Quality and other company policies: - Accepting personal responsibility for their own safety and for preventing incidents. - Inspect workplaces to identify potential hazards - Report all hazards to your supervisor - Immediately report all injuries to your supervisor
· Know and fulfill the International and Myanmar Safety Policy.
· Take responsibilities of the team performance of safety, risk contol and elimination.
· The Company reserves the right to change the Employee’s place of work to any other location either temporarily or permanently as the business may require.
· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
· Engineering Degree in (Mechanical and/or Electrical)
· Relevant work experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
· Familiarity with refinery equipment and applied maintenance methods
· Relevant asset management knowledge and experience
· Team leadership experience in a multi-disciplined environment
· Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, i.e. word processing, email and spreadsheets
· Verbal and report writing skills
