Preparation of Documentation like Basic/Detail design and TestCase
Check for member's documentation
Implementation Project (Coding development)
Testing Phase (Unit Testing, Integration Test, Performance Test)
Train interns or new employees if necessary
Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary

Must have working experience in management level at least 3 years and development experience at least 8 years (Java experience is more preferable)
Must have at least 2 years of experience writing Japanese documents (basic/detail/database design, test case etc.)
Must have Japanese language N3 level above
Must have experience in direct communication with Japanese.
Must have experience as a Sub-Leader or Leader in Project Development
Must have experience in any programming language Java, C# etc. (Preferable in Java Project Experience)
Strong in database SQL queries in Oracle/MySQL
Implementation Project (Coding development)
SHELL script (Understand Linux command) is optional
Experience in the usage of EC2 of AWS is optional
Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
Leadership and good management skills
