Job Responsibilities

 

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

·       3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role. . Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems such as SAP

·       Familiarity with BI tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is a plus.

·       Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.

·       Solid understanding of manufacturing costing, including the identification and analysis of cost drivers in production processes.

·       Strong attention to accuracy and detail in all financial analyses and report

·       Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop effective solutioning a dynamic environment.

·       Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders and senior management, both in written and verbal forms

·       Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
