Job Description
· Employee grievances, Complaints, Responsible for receiving reports.
· Management of Payroll, SSB, Taxation and Benefits administration.
· Employee promotion, Salary increases Release of information on annual salary increases.
· Performance evaluation based on KPI indication of All Office and Branches employees.
· Coordinating and cooperating with other departments in the organization to implement the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
· Organization's standard procedures (SOP) promoted according to specific information; Timely handling of transfer processes.
· Termination of employee taking responsibility for matters that must be compensated due to workplace injuries.
· HR policies; Preparing and writing the necessary documents for process planning. - To reach the goals of the entire organization through the cooperation of individual employees and associations, providing guidance and support from each side. - Development trends of the organization; Reviewing and reporting on employee career paths.
· Training programs required to be trained in the company Liaising with relevant departments to teach curriculum and teaching programs; To conduct the necessary administrative matters to hold the courses.
· Recruiting external coaches and sending external courses to teach.
· At the end of each course, course-related records; reviews, Reporting costs as a training report.
Job Requirements
· Any Graduate with Diploma in HR Management (or) MBA.
· Above five Years experienced in related field.
· Must be have Business Management Knowledge.
· Must be understanding Myanmar Labor Law Policies.
· Must be able to write HR Policies, Rules and Regulation, Employee Handbook, Employee contract.
