Job Description

❖ Manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

❖ Recruiting , Training and Supervising staff

❖ Monitor KPI based performance of each outlets & departments.

❖ Plan and implement SOP & Procedures for all departments.

❖ Manage and motivate a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

❖ Make sure all fit assets, inventory, stocks are well maintained.

❖ Monitor and maintain hotel facilities and ensure they meet health and safety standards.

❖ Maintain hygiene standard and HACCP rules & regulations at all areas.

❖ Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders.

❖ Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings

❖ Handling the customer complaints

❖ Promotion and marketing the business

❖ Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

❖ Handling the overall management.
