Job Description

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

Ø  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Ø  Identify new business opportunities, including sponsorships, partnerships, and digital monetization strategies.

Ø  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Ø  Lead the sales team in securing advertising and sponsorship deals from corporate clients, agencies, and brands.

Program & Content Alignment for Sales Growth:

Ø  Collaborate with the Production, Post Production, and Engineering teams to ensure programs align with market demand and advertiser interests.

Ø  Work closely with the External Relations and Public Relations teams to enhance brand positioning and attract potential advertisers.

Ø  Provide insights into content that attracts high-value advertisers and sponsors.

Advertising & Sponsorship Acquisition:

Ø  Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and corporate partners.

Ø  Develop customized advertising packages tailored to client needs and budgets.

Ø  Negotiate contracts and agreements with advertisers, ensuring favorable terms for Fortune TV.

Ø  Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and optimize future sales strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

Ø  Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Ø  Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance reports to BODs.

Ø  Foster a results-driven and customer-centric sales culture.

Ø  Conduct regular training sessions to keep the sales team updated on market trends and innovative selling techniques.

Job Requirements

Ø  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, or a related field.

Ø  Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in the media or advertising industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Ø  Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ø  Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Ø  Deep understanding of the media advertising industry.

Ø  Proven ability to drive revenue growth and secure major advertising deals.

Ø  Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.

Ø  Strong relationship-building skills with advertisers, agencies, and media partners.
