Job Description
Ø Design and supervise all aspects of the digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
Ø Grow and monitor campaign budgets on Meta.
Ø Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
Ø Plan and manage the various social media platforms.
Ø Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns
Ø Provide accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Ø Coordinate with various advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Ø Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
Ø Collaborate with teams to brainstorm new and innovative content strategies and planning.
Ø Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms and industry trends.
Ø Respond promptly to customers from inquiries from Meta.
Ø Work together with content creator and graphics to ensure designs and content match for each media post
Ø Able to implement and create well in using iOS, android devices in video recording content for tiktok, Instagram or meta social media channels
Job Requirements
Ø In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
Ø Experience in digital marketing, or a related field for at least 2 years
Ø Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as capcut
Ø Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
Ø Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Ø Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
Be able to stay active online even at home to do prompt replies to customer inquiries online.
Ø Fresh graduates are also welcome on board as long as willing to work according to schedule and have an initiative
Ø Be able to have passion for the products at the company and know well in a short period of time.
Ø Able to use Microsoft excel, powerpoint, word, adobe acrobat and email software
Ø Proficiency in using content calendar planning softwares
