Job Description
· Responsible for quantity surveying, budget preparation, tender pricing, and subcontractor final accounts for their specific discipline (Structural, MEP, or Interior Finishes)
· Conduct market surveys to source and update a database of local material and equipment prices.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of cost management experience in the relevant discipline.
· Experience with tender and execution phases of large-scale building projects in Myanmar is highly preferred.
· Proficient in standard methods of measurement and pricing for their discipline.
