Job Description

 Recommending improvements to ensure the integrity of a company’s financial information

·         Directing accounting policies, procedures and internal controls

·         Manage fundraising plans and optimise capital structure

·         Group level Working capital planning

·         Budgeting and cashflow planning for all of the SBUs

·         Cashflow management

·         Using financial instrument to mitigate currency risk

·         Manage the company’s financial planning

·         Plan and perform risk management duties

·         Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments

·         Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

·         Determine finance KPIs

·         Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers 

·         Manage and retain relationships with various vendors

·         Prepare and present forecasting reports

·         Adhere to the law and company’s policies
