Job Description

·       To prepare periodic budgets and review and compare them with actual performance.

·       To review tax clearance on a monthly and yearly basis for CT and CIT, and to obtain a tax demand letter by the end of each financial year

·       To timely complete and submit reports for external audit purposes, and to finalize the audited financial report.

·       To prepare consolidated financial statements on a monthly and yearly basis.

·       To prepare financial statements for tax purposes on a monthly and yearly basis.

·       To coordinate with related departments for quarterly and yearly MIC reports.

·       To prepare daily / weekly / monthly Direct Cash Flow reports.

·       To generate performance reports for each shipment and compare the performance between shipments.

·       To conduct checks and reviews of accounting/financial transactions in the ERP system.

·       To maintain accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash and bank balances.

·       To review, accurately issue, and ensure the timely delivery of required invoices and receipts (excluding petroleum product sales).

·       Monitor on CAPEX project, review and analyses on CAPEX spending, recognize and depreciate /amortize on completion
