·       Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

·       Preparation of Documentation like Basic/Detail design and TestCase

·       Check for member's documentation

·       Implementation Project (Coding development)

·       Testing Phase (Unit Testing, Integration Test, Performance Test)

·       Train interns or new employees if necessary

·       Participate in the company's activities or advertising process if necessary.
