Job Description

·       Develop detailed BIM models, collaborate closely with project teams, ensure model accuracy, and comply with relevant building standards; generate construction drawings as required.

·       Prepare plans, sections, and detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit.

·       Be familiar with BIM documentation and able to produce shop drawings directly from Revit models.

·       Produce accurate, well-organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined services drawings, and other relevant shop drawings.

·       Assist the BIM Manager, BIM Coordinators, and project team in creating, updating, and revising BIM models throughout the project lifecycle—from project start to as-built stage.

·       Produce high-quality BIM models and shop drawings, ensuring timely submission.

·       Create Revit families specific to project requirements.

·       Perform other drafting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
