Job Description
v Review the project estimation/schedule and feedback to leader/member
v Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
v Do project quality management based on target level and take action for improvement
v Review the Quality Report and feedback to leader/member
v Catch-up the bugs/errors analysis result/action and do report to customers and PM
v Catch-up the overall progress and do negotiation with customers or PM if necessary
v Create Quotation or Proposal and present to customer/PM
v Understand and catch-up all resources' skill-set in team and make each person skill level up
Job Requirements
v Knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Ajax, HTML (CSS), XML (XSLT), and VBA
v Prefer having Project Experience in Spring, Struts, iBatis, Postgres SQL DB and Junit
v At least 6-year experience in System Development field, with at least 2-year experience of project management of progress, quality, Issue/QA and Team management
v Must have Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
v Willing to accept challenge in difficult or inexperienced work
v Can manage resources of up to 20 members
v Able to communicate with team and customer actively
v Good communication in English
v Must have Japanese Language Level N3 or above
