Job Description

Sales Support & Monitoring

·       Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve monthly and annual
targets.

·       Monitor daily sales activities and report progress to the supervisor/manager.

·       Provide support in identifying new market opportunities and customer segments.

·       Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Team Coordination

·       Supervise and guide junior sales and marketing staff.

·       Assist in scheduling and allocating sales tasks to team members.

·       Provide training and motivation to improve team performance

Marketing Activities

 

·       Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, campaigns, and
product launches.

·       Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotional materials.

·       Monitor online and offline marketing activities and provide feedback for
improvement.

Customer Relationship Management

·       Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

·       Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

·       Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products/services.

Reporting & Documentation

·       Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

·       Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales performance.

·       Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management.

Job Requirements

·       Any Graduate.

·       A diploma in sales, customer service, or marketing management is a plus.

·       Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.

·       Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position is preferred.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.

·       Leadership and team management capabilities.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·       Good time management and organizational abilities.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·       Willingness to travel or work flexible hours when required.

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
