Job Description
Ø Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Ø Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Ø To assist for claim process of Finance and HR Department (if have travel periods), Travel arrangements for employees and Head Office management foreigner's visiting, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
Ø Ensure travel arrangements are in line with company policies and budgets
Ø Support the finance team by managing invoices, receipts, and basic financial data entry
Ø Provide administrative support for HR-related activities
Ø Other duties assigned by HOD as required.
Job Requirements
Ø Any Graduated (Prefer Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or related fields
Ø At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Ø Experience as an office assistant or Junior level Experience in a related field.

Ø Computer literate- Excel, Microsoft Office
Ø English 4 skill (must be basic level at least)
