Job Description

v  Review and verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

v  Match invoices to purchase orders and contracts, obtaining the necessary approvals for payment.

v  Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure proper invoice matching and timely payment processing.

v  Accurately enter invoices and payments into the accounting system, ensuring correct coding and allocation.

v  Process payments for both international and local suppliers through bank transfers, cheques, and other authorized methods. Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payment.

v  Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

v  Maintain accurate vendor records, including updating payment terms and banking details.

v  Prepare monthly accruals and journal entries, and assist in the preparation of financial reports.

v  Provide the necessary supporting documentation for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

v  Perform other ad-hoc finance matters when assigned by the manager.
