Create and review the project manpower estimation and schedule
Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
Do progress management and Issue/QA management, Team management
Do project quality management based on target level and take action for improvement
Review the Quality Report and feedback to leader/member
Catch-up the bugs/errors analysis result/action and do report to customers and PM
Catch-up the overall progress and do negotiation with customers or PM if necessary
Create Quotation or Proposal and present to customer/PM
Understand all members skill-set, manage team members’ development and make assign tasks effectively
Understand the customers demand and explain/negotiate with team/customers

Knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Ajax, HTML (CSS), XML (XSLT), and VBA
Prefer having Project Experience in Spring, Struts, iBatis, Postgres SQL DB and Junit
At least 6-year experience in System Development field, with at least 2-year experience of project management of progress, quality, Issue/QA and Team management
Prefer having Project Experience in Banking System
Must have Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
Willing to accept challenge in difficult or inexperienced work
Can manage resources of up to 20 members
Able to communicate with team and customer actively
Excellent communication in English (both verbal and written communication in Business level)
Having Japanese Language Level N3 or above is a plus
