Job Description

Accountability:

·       The role of supply chain executive involves managing the supply chain process from manufacturing plant to country and ensuring optimum inventory level of stocks & timely delivery of the products, generate reports to manage the country stocks level.

Job description:

·       Inventory management

o   Effective forecasting of country brands & ensuring the optimum inventory level

o   Coordinate with demand planning team & plant team to ensure seamless inventory flow.

o   Act as a country representative in monthly order planning meeting for placing orders to manage the country stocks level

o   Liaising with country manager & distributers in placing the purchase orders

·       Logistics & Distribution

o   Tracking & monitoring the consignment country of dispatch to delivery to distributers

o   Follow-up with HO logistic team for arrangement of required documents (AI form) for releasing the consignment

o   Updating the import license receipt & coordinate with manufacturing plant team, HO logistic team for release & transportation of the stocks

o   Coordinate with the distributer for HQ wise transfer of goods

o   Stock & Sales report

·       Process improvisation

o   Implement and optimize supply chain management systems for bringing more control & visibility

o   Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency

o   Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.

 

·       Compliance & Regulation

o   Collaborate with distributer’s quality assurance teams to maintain product quality standards.

·       Communication

o   Communicate effectively with all the stakeholders – country managers, demand planning team, plant team, distributers & sales team

o   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and opportunities.
