Job Requirements

·       Minimum 7 – 10 years experiences in a senior leadership role, preferable within the consumer electronic or appliance repair industry

·       Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitiability

·       Strong understanding of financial management principles

·       Excellent communication ,interpersonal and negotiation skills

·       Ability to build and lead a high performing team

·       In depth knowledge appliance and their repair processes ( a plus)

·       Experiences working in a fast spaced and customer centric environments.

·       Fluency in Burmese and English language (Written and Spoken)
