Job Responsibilities

 Discussion with Merchandising Manager for designing the route plan on a monthly basis, monitoring the daily route and discussing with team based on the visitation reports by analyzing the visitation data.

 Visit outlets TOP regardless of merchandise coverage - for example, the TOP 50 outlets in each channel (except wholesale) for rum and TOP 50 for wine - this is to check out visibility in TOP outlets.

 Ensure to discuss with Merchandising Manager to allocate the specific tasks of the team for daily/monthly activities.

 Plan, prepare the list of POSM SKU & Quantity to the team and let Merchandising Manager allocate POSM to the individual route.

 Responsible to make the weekly/ monthly meeting with the team and listen to the feedback/ challenges of the team and market.

 Analysis the data of merchandising and prepare the report to COO to understand the competitor information, marketing pricing and POSM items usages on a monthly basis.

 Ensure to field auditing or check the way of merchandisers & PG and monitor the team performance.

 Ensure to visit in the market as per the instruction of the Management and prepare the market visit report including the feedbacks, issues and any other observations and discuss with the Management.

 Driving brand awareness across POSM materials development aligned with trade and consumer promotion plan.

 POSM Allocation / Visibility standardization at all channels

 Monitoring the product display, visibility and pricing in right placement. (Brand wise/SKU wise/ Channel wise, Area wise)

 Monitoring the POSM development across the assigned regions (Brand wise/SKU wise/ Channel wise, Area wise)

 Effective visibility on the ground including display.

 Make sure the team is following the JD’s and performing their tasks on a daily basis.

 Managing and encouraging the staff’s growth and development.

 Training and Development of merchandising & PG team.

 Responsible for selecting and recruiting the right persons for merchandising &; PG team.

 Responsible for communicating and managing with the outsourced agencies for Trade Marketing & PG.

 Other ad-hoc assignment as required.

 Participate in events, promotion, or marketing activities if required.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor or Master degree in Business related field

- Having at least 5-year experience in Trade Marketing Management from Consumer

Goods /FMCG Industry

- English is a must

- Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills

- Good at Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc...)

- Ability to think critically or creatively

- Experience analyzing large amount of data

- Work under pressure

- Budget - Management skills and proficiency

- Good at team management

- Highly motivated and passionate about merchandising

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with market research techniques.
