Understand the specification and Review ED/ID/MUT
Review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)
Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and Report to leaders and PM effectively
Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs
Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
Do manpower estimation and create schedule
Do progress management and Issue/QA management, Team management
Do project quality management based on quality target level and take action for improvement
Understand the customers demand and explain/negotiate with team/customers
Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively

Knowledge on Java Foundation and Java Web Application Development or .Net
Knowledge on JSP, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML (CSS), XML (XSLT), VBA
Prefer having Project Experience in Spring, Struts, iBatis, Postgres SQL DB and Junit
4 years or above experience in System Development field, with at least 1 year experience in progress management, quality control, QA and issue management
Prefer having Project Experience in Banking System
Strong interest in Project Management and System Development
Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively
Must have problem solving and communication skill
Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)
Able to communicate with team and customer actively
Good communication skill in English
Having Japanese Language Level N4 or above is a plus
