Job Description

·       Reviewing the contractor’s shop drawing submission

·       Liaise with authorities and designers in preparation and coordination of authorities’ submissions

·       Planning and coordination with contractors for day to day running of construction activities.

·       Assist Manager for preparing detail schedule and monitoring accordingly

·       Overall supervision and coordination of General responsibilities and the allocation of work areas.

·       Liaise with contractors and consultants as needed.

·       Record project activities and data collection for all tasks.

·       Preparation of weekly/monthly report of construction related sections

·       Ensure that all as-built drawings from main contractor supporting each project are received and organized in an efficient manner.

·       Manage, track and document all phases of construction projects, from the planning and layout designs through to final handover.

·       Assist Manager for reviewing and certifying the payment certificates for the contractors

·       Conduct handing over inspection & record the defect.

·       Prepare the Defect Notification & follow up with the record and monitoring of rectification works.

·       Update regularly of contractor drawing submission registration.

·       Attend site coordination meetings

·       Assist Manager for solving technical issues.

·       Assist Manager for reviewing and certifying the contractor’s work done percentage for the progress claim.

·       Perform other duties as requested and directed by Construction Manager / Project Manager.
