Job Description

·       Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and marketing plans to penetrate new markets and secure new projects.

·       Identify, pursue, and nurture relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, fabricators, and government entities.

·       Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·       Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

·       Prepare and present persuasive technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

·       Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

·       Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

·       Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met and customer satisfaction is delivered.
