Job Description

o Conduct market research to understand market/customer requirements, business

opportunities and threats to develop potential trade lanes in line with the business

plan.

o Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies.

o Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

o Provide/share information to/with internal and external stakeholders (customers, principal) in an accurate, consistent, and timely manner to meet KPI, inter-department service standards, etc. to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service standards.

o Ensure a consistency of service quality and drive organizations quality improvement initiatives, to delight customers continually.

o Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs for improvement
