Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and drive results.

• Identify potential markets, clients, and distribution channels to expand the customer base.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive product improvements and business growth.

• Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and present insights to the management team.

• Participate in product development discussions, offering insights based on market feedback.

• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

• Plan and coordinate sales training programs to enhance the team's selling skills and product knowledge.

• Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.

• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

1. Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in role of Sales Manager in feminine care product

industry.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business management or Marketing is preferred.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.

5. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proficient in using sales CRM software and MS Office Suite.

8. High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.

9. Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
